PP locations are current up to September 1, 2026; check PP’s Iowa page for updates on openings or closures. The Iowa City center closed in August, 2026, in part due to a state law requiring that abortion medication be given by a doctor in person that went into effect July 1, 2026.

Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
