The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to February 24, 2026; check PP’s Vermont page for updates on openings or closures. PP closed its Newport center on February 24, 2022. Closed on June 12, 2022: Bennington, Hyde Park, Middlebury, and St. Albans. The Saint Johnsbury center closed with its last day on June 3, 2025.

Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
Both Check My Clinic and Americans United for Life Report “Unsafe” (page 78) report that Vermont doesn’t inspect abortion facilities.
