The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to December 5, 2025; check PP’s Wisconsin page for updates on openings or closures. The centers in Blair and Sparta closed mid-November, 2022. The center in Delavan closed mid-2025. Centers in Portage, West Bend and Wisconsin Rapids closed in late November, 2025.
