The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.

PP locations are current up to September 28, 2026; check PP’s South Carolina page for updates on openings or closures. Since the U.S. Supreme Court as of June 26 ruled that the state may disallow Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood, this may impact these two centers. We can also make the case to Medicaid patients as to where else they can go, and thereby get them out of PP’s orbit.

Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
