4 Planned Parenthood Locations
The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to September 10, 2026; check PP’s Massachusetts page for updates on openings or closures. The PP center in Fitchburg closed in 2019 and is no longer listed. Unlike most states, Massachusetts is currently listing no telehealth center.
We list Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and other possible alternatives. These were found through web research, with occasional additions from local activists. Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
