Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
The Americans United for Life Report “Unsafe” (page 63) reports that the Hawaii Department of Health doesn’t license or inspect abortion facilities.
